Heidi spoke at two inquiries, an international round table and four industry panels, presented to the ACCC, and shared the regional business perspective with the Insurance Council of Australia and the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation. Ministers, senators and members of parliament from all parties requested meetings to discuss the issue.
